Our New In-Office Surgery Suite is Now Open

Azure Eye Center is proud to announce the launch of our state-of-the-art, in-office surgery suite (OBS). This suite is designed to give patients access to advanced surgical care in a setting that is more comfortable, efficient, and cost-effective than ever before.

This new office-based surgical suite allows us to perform a wide range of procedures, including:

  • Cataract surgery with premium IOL options 
  • Lens replacement surgery (RLE) for patients seeking clear vision at all distances 
  • Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) to help reduce eye pressure and dependence on drops 
  • Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) procedures for patients who are not LASIK candidates 

Unlike traditional hospital or ASC experiences, our in-office suite is designed to minimize barriers to care and provide a more streamlined surgical journey. Patients benefit from:

  • No IVs: Lighter anesthesia methods create a less intimidating process while maintaining safety.
  • No Fasting: Patients can arrive more relaxed, without major disruptions to their routine.
  • Less Waiting: Shorter scheduling lead times and a smoother day-of-surgery experience.
  • Reduced Costs: OBS procedures are significantly less expensive than hospital or ASC options, without compromising quality or safety.

For the majority of cases, the OBS suite is an excellent alternative that elevates the patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of surgical care.

Technology Spotlight: Expanding Premium Lens Options

As part of our commitment to offering patients the best visual outcomes possible, we have continued to expand the premium intraocular lens (IOL) options available at Azure Eye Center. We’ve seen outstanding results with several advanced lenses that have quickly become patient favorites:

  • Bausch + Lomb Aspire™ IOL: Known for excellent clarity, contrast sensitivity, and predictable outcomes. This lens has been a reliable choice for patients seeking sharp distance and intermediate vision without the increased risk for halos associated with multifocal lenses.
  • Bausch + Lomb en Vista Envy™ Trifocal IOL: This lens provides a continuous range of vision at near, intermediate, and far distances. Patients have been particularly pleased with their ability to see clearly for everyday tasks like reading, computer work, and driving at night.
  • Alcon PanOptix® Pro Trifocal IOL: Building on the success of the PanOptix platform, the Pro version delivers crisp, full-range vision and has quickly become one of our most-requested lens options.

These lenses are helping patients achieve greater independence from glasses, improve visual quality, and enjoy more freedom in their daily lives.
