Thuy Bui is the Practice Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Azure Eye Center, with over 12 years of specialized experience in operations. Certified in both Project Management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Thuy excels in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving healthcare practice improvements centered around patient care. Central to Thuy’s approach is the integration of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Her expertise in process enhancement and change management continually elevates the patient experience and operational standards at Azure Eye Center.
Thuy’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Tarleton State University, and a Masters of Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Thuy has contributed extensively to clinical and public health research.
Outside her pivotal role at Azure Eye Center, Thuy enjoys moments of solace with her family and two sons. She also explores her artistic side through painting and finds joy in culinary arts.
