Dr. Samantha Reynolds is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist who provides comprehensive eye care with a strong focus on education, trust, and long-term visual health.
Raised in Dallas and trained at the University of Houston, she joins Azure Eye Center to help individuals and families across the DFW area protect, understand, and improve their vision.
A Thoughtful, Patient-Centered Approach
Raised in Dallas, Dr. Reynolds developed an interest in optometry early in life after experiencing firsthand how meaningful a great eye care visit can be. That early spark grew into a career built around helping people see clearly and understand their own eye health.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas in 2014 before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston in 2019, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometric honor society.
As a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Reynolds provides comprehensive eye care with a strong focus on education, trust, and long-term visual health — partnering with each patient to make care both clinically thorough and genuinely approachable.

Beyond the Exam Room
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Reynolds enjoys live music and concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. At home, she unwinds with her two corgis, Crimson and Eevee.
